Fixed issue with new accounts redirecting to a 404

Fixed an issue with new users and users that needed to accept the privacy policy
for some reason it was redirecting to a 404, it shouldn't have, but dang gremlins playing around again

so well that's now fixed and users can log in properly, accept the agreement and access their accounts now
